Mail In Repair
Send us your laptop or console for repair. Simply ship in a secure Ups or FedEx box and make sure you insure it for its reasonable value.
Once the system arrives we will notify you via email or phone to update you on status and arrival condition. Upon diagnostics we will provide you with a quote for repair. If you accept we will go forth with repair and make sure it’s working properly upon completion of repair. At this time we will ask for payment to be made for the quoted upon price before shipping. Return shipping will be included with the repair costs.
All repairs carry a parts and labor warranty of 30 days. Extended warranty is also available for some repairs.
